In the experiment, we selected contact pins of various shapes and structures for processing, and used advanced measuring instruments to detect the size, shape and surface quality of the processed contact pins. The results show that the turning-milling composite processing technology can achieve high-precision and high-stability processing of contact pins, and its dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.01mm, and the surface roughness reaches below Ra0.8. These results fully demonstrate the high-precision stability of the turning-milling composite processing technology in the processing of customized copper contact pins.
